Bedeschi supplied to Ashdod Port 3 automatic dedusting eco-hoppers and one continuous shipunloader.

One hopper to discharge clinker to truck at up to 800 t/h and two to discharge grain at a rate of 550 t/h.

A filtering system prevents air pollution during filling and discharging. In the complete process flow, the two conveyors will receive grains material coming from Bedeschi’s continuous shipunloader under operation.

This shipunloader will operate at a capacity of 1200 t/h and will feature a cutter able to unload free flowing as well as non-free flowing (meals, DDGS) materials.

Enhanced operation with increased capacity can be also achieved with the full environment respect.
