BEDESCHI PEOPLE'S WELL-BEING

Bedeschi has always took an interest in the welfare of its employees to support their professional and personal lives.

Since 2017, the company has launched Double You, a platform that offers various goods and services, including reimbursement for children's education, shopping vouchers and bank interest reimbursement. In addition, the company has introduced smart working as a company's ways of working to achieve a better work-life balance.

HEALTH AND SAFETY

Ensuring a healthy and safe environment for employees, customers, suppliers and visitors is Bedeschi's priority, which is ensured and implemented through prevention and continuous improvement activities, in order to avoid accidents, minimise risks and enable employees and external third parties to protect their health.

TRAINING AND EDUCATION

Continuous innovation in productions and processes is pursuable only if it is supported by training and an engaging and stimulating environment.

Hence the beB project: programs, courses and coaching to develop responsibility, reliability, social intelligence, open-mindedness and the ability to work in an integrated way. The five key values on which Bedeschi is founded.

The beB Academy has been launched at the beginning of 2022: the evaluation system provides a general mapping of the skills and abilities of all employees. The aim is to provide to all employees virtual and classroom training courses to support and help everyone in their professional growth.

Social Responsibility, for Bedeschi, means integration, cooperation and support.
The company provides support to local associations, charities and cultural organizations.

For Bedeschi, the “Città della Speranza" Foundation is family, because of the support shown over the years and the family relationship with the Foundation's vice-president Guglielmo Bedeschi.

To support the non-profit organisation engaged in research and treatment of paediatric oncohaematology, the company is an official partner and participates in a series of activities.

Training and sharing ideas are the key elements of the future for Bedeschi, which supports the Alumni project, the community that brings together former students of the University of Padua into a network of people committed to mutual exchange and stimulation.

The company also cooperates with the University through the activation of internships and by participating in their events such as Career Days and Recruiting Games with the aim of creating a direct connection between students and companies.

The same initiatives will also start soon with the University of Genoa, in the area of Electronic and Mechanical Engineering.
