Bedeschi completed the supply for one of Italy’s leading building materials manufacturers.

The project involves the installation of a new fully automatic clay block filling plant with rock wool granulate that allows to fill various types of non-grinded blocks.

We designed and manufactured in-house a new advanced tailor-made machine for rock wool filling: in fact, compared to traditional solutions, our system does not require grinded blocks, and waste of loose wool panels can be granulated and used as filling.

In detail, we supplied:
• Crushing equipment for rock wool preparation (to transform it into grain size)
• Automatic storage system
• Handling technology for fired products
• Rock wool granulate filling machine, specially designed by Bedeschi and fully manufactured in our workshop
• Complete packaging line

The rock wool filling process will result in a substantial reduction of the thermal transmission coefficient of the final product, giving it exceptional insulating properties. It has been a challenge that our BU Bricks staff has accepted and developed with the utmost seriousness and competence, making the most of all the various experiences gained in the sector in order to make the plant more and more technologically advanced and suitable for the customer’s specific needs.
