The theme of the meeting organized by ISIPM in early July was “Growing Skills to Manage Project Complexity.” This event brought together leading companies in the steel, design, plant engineering, and consulting sectors to discuss project management.

Our Senior Project Manager, Marco Andelmi, represented Bedeschi and shared our vision and approach to project governance in material handling. It was a valuable opportunity to demonstrate how we manage project complexity, facilitate coordination between departments, and emphasize the importance of collaboration across business functions, using concrete examples from our own experience.
