As part of the beB Academy, Bedeschi began to outline the prospect of developing additional activities to foster integration among employees from different offices and departments and create synergy beyond the work environment. These activities create time for sharing and interaction among colleagues, giving them opportunities to get to know each other better and cooperate better both within and outside the workspace.
One of these activities is the Padel tournament, now at its second edition. The Padel tournament highlighted how teamwork is essential to achieve a common goal and how competition and passion can be the drivers to reach victory.
