beB Academy is a structured and ambitious project that Bedeschi created at the beginning of 2022 to give further emphasis to the centrality of the person in Bedeschi’s business context and which at the same time aims to improve the company’s competitiveness in the business and the target markets. Here are a few pictures of the first day of Managerial Training, which is part of the Academy project, that will take place in the coming months. The aim of this training is focusing on our company values, with respect to the international competitive context we are facing right now and implement new processes capable of leading the company to outstanding achievements.
