Bedeschi developed a specialized extruder for the production of flower pots, designed for a leading global manufacturer.

The extruder features a final screw diameter of 350 mm, which is suitable for extruding square billets measuring 400×400 mm. These billets are exclusively used with special presses for manufacturing large pots.

This installation marks another Bedeschi extruder at this important customer’s facility, demonstrating our commitment to a long-term partnership. Furthermore, the extruder designed for ceramic pots demonstrates the company’s capability to handle a wide variety of materials and adapt to the specific demands and requirements of our clients.

The below pictures show the new extruder manufactured in our workshop at company headquarters, alongside the extruder that has been in operation at the client’s plant for more than 10 years.
