With this vision in mind, Bedeschi launched the beB Academy, an internal initiative that is designed to promote the culture of learning and support career development at every level of our organization. Since 2021, the beB Academy offers a wide range of programs tailored to the evolving needs of our workforce: from technical upskilling to leadership development, it represents our way of ensuring that every team member has the tools and opportunities to grow, contribute, and thrive.

During the first half of 2026, numerous courses were held covering a variety of professional fields. These range from in-depth analysis of technical drawings to courses focusing on properties and quality of different materials, as well as the study of various welding techniques. Training and group coaching sessions focused on managerial development and skills are also currently underway.
