Last week, Bedeschi had the pleasure of hosting the Ometto Foundation at our headquarters. This local nonprofit organization promotes the widespread use of defibrillators and a culture of prevention through its “Little Prince” project.
The association donates and installs defibrillators in parks, schools, churches, and law enforcement vehicles, accompanying each installation with awareness campaigns and BLSD courses focused on first aid.
Following the Foundation’s presentation, six of our employees participated in a training session on defibrillator use, led by a trainer from SUEM 118.
For our company, safety and prevention are fundamental values: investing in training means not only ensuring a safer work environment but also making a concrete contribution to protecting the community. For over twenty years, Bedeschi has had two company defibrillators, one of which is pediatric, and consistently promotes refresher courses for staff.
We sincerely thank the Ometto Foundation for this valuable collaboration and hope that initiatives like this will serve as an example for other organizations in the area, encouraging the wider adoption of defibrillators and first-aid training.
