At Bedeschi, we believe that meaningful progress on ESG topics starts with people, collaboration, and shared responsibility.
To strengthen engagement across the organization and encourage open, cross-functional dialogue, we established a Sustainability Working Group to support our ESG Committee.

The group brings together employees from different departments and functions, ensuring a diversity of perspectives and fostering the integration of ESG values throughout the organization. Acting as sustainability ambassadors within their teams, members of the Working Group help promote initiatives, translate ESG principles into concrete actions across departments, and encourage a more conscious and inclusive workplace culture.

Through collaboration and dedicated training sessions, the Working Group aims to deepen ESG awareness, identify improvement opportunities, and contribute to creating a more sustainable work environment.
Launched in April 2026, the initiative officially started with its first training session, focused on key social topics and on identifying the areas where, together, we can generate the greatest positive impact.
