Bedeschi is proud to introduce the professionals who guide the company’s work and growth. Today we’re presenting Sven Riemans, Head of Electrical and Automation Engineering at Bedeschi Germany Gmbh.

With more than 17 years of career experience, Sven highlights the important role of automation in today’s industry, describing it as a fundamental component of machinery that should not be left to chance. “Automation is not just a mean to an end. It is the heart and soul of a machine.” – he states.

Sven entered the material handling sector as Electrical Design Engineer. Thorugh the years, he developed numerous projects around the world featuring several machines, including stackers, reclaimers, chargers and dischargers, and bulk conveyors as well. He has held various roles in the field, such as Electrical Lead Engineer and Deputy Head of Automation and Electrical Engineering Department. As a highly experienced expert with extensive know-how in the field of PLC programming and commissioning, Sven moves complex projects one step ahead in terms of automation and informatization.
