March 8th is International Women’s Day, and Bedeschi chose to share its commitment to equity and inclusion.

At the end of 2025, we achieved Gender Equality Certification, a national recognition highlighting our dedication to fostering fair and inclusive work environments. For us, this milestone is just the beginning. Our journey continues with initiatives and training activities aimed at recognizing, understanding, and valuing the diversity and potential of each individual. We have planned new activities for this year that will help us further develop an increasingly open, aware, and inclusive corporate culture.
