One of Bedeschi’s main focuses is the cement industry in Indonesia, where we have supplied equipment for over 110 installations, including stackers, reclaimers, crushing stations, and ship loaders.

In this regard, one of the largest operators in the area requested our reliable equipment in Bogor, including various bulk-handling machinery for three different material storage areas. In the covered longitudinal area, we have designed two longitudinal storage systems that operate separately for the coal stockyard and the sticky clay.

Bedeschi installation includes:

• COAL: 1x Travelling, Luffing & Slewing Stacker with a capacity of 500 tph and 1x Frontal Bridge Scraper Reclaimer with a capacity of 300 tph
• CLAY: 1x Travelling & Luffing Boom Stacker with a capacity of 1400 tph and 1x Lateral Reclaimer with a capacity of 600 tph

Bedeschi has also extended this supply to a circular limestone yard, where a 5,000 tph circular stacker and a 1,000 tph circular bridge reclaiming machine have been successfully operating for over 10 years.
