We design and supply a complete range of technologies, including belt conveyors, chain conveyors, pipe conveyors, and fully enclosed systems—each equipped with advanced dust containment features. All materials and components are carefully selected for abrasion resistance and long operating life, ensuring our solutions perform even in the most demanding environments.

One of the latest supplies of the company consists of 4 pipe conveyors and one shiploader to handle clinker and cement to Medcem Cement for their cement terminal in Turkey.

The supply is part of the new expansion project of Yesilovacik Terminal which involves the extension of the current dock of the port and the installation of the new Bedeschi machines.

The shiploader SHL 26/1400 handles cement and clinker at a capacity of 1350 t/h, while the two conveyor lines—one for clinker and one for cement—consisting of four pipe conveyors have a total length of 1300 meters with a capacity of 1000 t/h for cement and 1350 t/h for clinkers. For the same terminal, the company already supplied another 1350 t/h shiploader.

Thanks to our equipment we enhanced the operation of the terminal, and the client was able to successfully receive the World’s Largest Cement Carrier, MV NACC NEW YORKER, and complete the loading of 42,000 MTS of cement from Medcem Port to their facility in Sheerness with a safe, environmentally friendly, and fast operation.
